This state-approved class covers essential legal instruction, self-defense laws, and includes a live-fire proficiency test. Ideal for those already familiar with basic handgun safety, the course meets Minnesota BCA standards and is also valid in Florida. Tuition is $89.99 and just bring your handgun and 50 rounds of ammo!​

Real Estate Agent Safety
Designed specifically for real estate professionals, this course empowers agents with practical safety strategies for working alone, meeting unknown clients, and entering unfamiliar properties. Conflict Resolution
This 3-hour, hands-on course teaches students how to recognize, avoid, and safely manage conflict through awareness, communication, and composure. Participants learn to identify potential threats, use de-escalation techniques, and interpret body language to prevent escalation. When avoidance isn’t possible, simple defensive tactics are introduced to help safely disengage and escape.
By the end of the class, students gain confidence, awareness, and practical strategies for protecting themselves and others.
